Delivery Service

Purchase Arrangement and Terms.

Hong Kong region enjoys free shipping.
Overseas customers are advised to contact customer service for details of purchase.
In the unlikely event that a product purchased by a customer cannot be shipped, WatchMark Limited will refund the purchase price.
Cancellation or change of order after payment will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the pre-discounted value of the product.
 

Return and Exchange Arrangement.

If the product is found to be damaged or defective during delivery, please contact WatchMark Limited by email within 24 hours and we will arrange for a replacement of the product.
Refunds will be made by the method of payment used by the customer to purchase the product or by a method determined by WatchMark Limited. In the case of credit card purchases, refunds may be made directly to the credit card account from which the customer made the original payment.
The amount to be refunded to the customer will be the amount paid by the customer at the time of purchase minus the amount to be paid by the customer during the exchange process (if any).

 

Products will not be exchanged under the following circumstances:

The customer cannot contact the Customer Service Department within 24 hours from the time of collection to apply for a refund or exchange.
Due to personal reasons or problems, special order items, accidental damage, negligent damage, improper use of the product, cosmetic damage.
No returns on all discounted products
Failure to provide and present a valid invoice, credit card or EPS receipt, or warranty book.
Failure to return intact cartons and free gifts.
The Company reserves the right to determine if any of the above conditions have occurred.
 

Product Warranty.

Product warranty is subject to the terms and conditions of the individual supplier, please refer to the product warranty card or contact the supplier for details.
The warranty period is calculated from the date of first purchase of the product. Customers are required to present a valid sales slip to prove the date of first purchase.
The warranty period for repaired or replaced products is the remaining period from the date of first purchase. All offers are subject to our terms and conditions.
In case of any dispute, the decision of WatchMark Limited shall be final.
A handling fee of HKD$100 per invoice will be charged for reprinting or replacement of invoices for warranty purposes within 3 working days.
